Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 package (1-1/4 ounces) taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 package (12 ounces) tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 green onions, chopped
Directions:
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook turkey until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered until thickened 8-10 minutes.
- Arrange tortilla chips on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with turkey and cheese. Broil 4 in. from the heat until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Top with lettuce, sour cream, salsa and onions.
