Our return policy is simple, returns must be post marked within 14 days from the product arrival day. Products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been opened or used.  All returns shipped must be prepaid by you the customer, no COD’s will be accepted. There are several types of goods which cannot be returned, any and all perishable goods such as food items and hazardous material or flammable liquids or gases. Keep in mind, the freight for all return items are at the expense of the customer.


All merchandise is subject to a manufacturer inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized.  You must contact “Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort” at: , when we receive your request, we will begin the process. All merchandise return will be processed within 14 business days after the resort receives them. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the products arrival date. For a prompt refund, please send a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation for the return. Please remember, the customer pays for the return shipping cost (prepaid) no COD’s will be accepted.


If you received packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and takes pictures of the damage.  Please notify Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort ASAP (using the above mention email address) and you will receive instruction on how to handle the problem.


Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued and you will also absorb any return freight cost. For this reason, it is important to understand the condition of your product before requesting a return.  Please remember, we only ship products out which have been tested and approved. If you feel you should return the damaged merchandise due to whatever reason, notify us via and we will approve the return products as long as you pay the return freight. When it arrives back here, we will inspect for damage and at this time, notify you regarding our findings and what can be done at this point.


Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort only handles new merchandise but will receive merchandise back to our warehouse and we will take up the problem with the manufacturer.  You will be credited for both the product and the return freight cost or either exchange for another like product plus the freight cost.  Please note, when returning a defective part, re-pack back into the original package, credit will not be issue if the item has been used.  Note: we have a 30 days warranty period for all merchandise except for radio control items which have a 14 days warranty.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

If for whatever reason you desire to return the item which you ordered and we shipped, please sent it back to Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort freight paid (not collect or COD) with a tracking number, and when it arrives, we will check over the product and verify it’s in resalable order. Please repack in original box include all paperwork, and return in the same manner which you received it. Once your return arrives, with a letter explaining the reason for the return, we will check it over for quality and if all proves well, we will credit your credit card the full amount less your freight and sales tax in applicable.


Please keep all paperwork including your invoice and contact Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort via email at the above email address and once we receive the item, it will be tested and research done regarding any errors. If all is verified ok, credit will be issued to your credit card within 7 days less any tax or shipping cost, from the verification date. Please return using the same method and sender which you received the product.


Sorry, we do not ship any international orders, only to the 50 us states, orders found to have an international connection will be cancelled.


A (Return to Sender) RTS fee of $20.00 will be deducted from your account for any package returned to EAGLE NEST HIDDEN LAKE RESORT due to a bad address or customer has changed his mind and no longer desires the product. Shipments refused due to damage will not receive the RTS fee but a claim with the carrier will need to be completed by you the customer a credit will be issued.
