GENERAL, CABIN, RV SITE POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES:

FIRST #1

BE SAFE AND THINK OF OTHERS SAFETY. Have fun and if you need us call   936 520-0838

  • Weekends: 2 nights minimum, Holidays: 3 nights minimum. (For major Holidays, need to be booked two months out to be sure to get your reserved booking). Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, New Years.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • Failure to comply with Resort policies will result in eviction without a refund.
  • Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We work very hard on keeping the Resort clean, please help us keeping it that way.

  • Loud, profane music, and vulgar language are prohibited at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or end reservations and or eject guests for any reason, at any time, without refund.

SAFETY POLICIES:

  • Speed limit in RV park and around Cabins is 5 MPH and 15 MPH around lake. Be sure to watch out for children and pets walking on asphalt roads.
  • Do not drive or park on the grass.

  • Absolutely no fires or fireworks of any kind are NOT permitted. Motorcycles, motorbikes ATV’s, mini-bikes are not allowed in the resort.

SMOKING POLICIES:

  • Absolutely NO SMOKING (that includes VAPING or any other electronic smoking devices) in Cabins, Washateria or in the Nest.
  • Cigarette butts will not be thrown on the grounds in the Resort, especially in the RV park or around the lake. BUTTS in the trash.

  • Signs, smells of smoking or vaping in cabins or butts left of outside Cabins or RV sites will be a $200.00 smoke restoration cleaning and pickup fee.

 LAKE POLICIES:

  • Please do not throw cigarette butts in or around our lake.
  • No trash, coke cans, candy wrappers etc, will be allowed to be left on the grounds or in the boats.
  • All fishing is Catch and Release.
  • Please do not drive on the dam.

CABIN POLICIES:

  • CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00PM (No early arrivals please) AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 12:00PM or will be a late charge of $15.00 every 30 mins. Unless it is authorized by management.
  • All cabins must be kept clean inside and outside around the cabin at all times.
  • Do not take porch furniture off the porches.
  • Cabins towels are not be used at the lake. they are cabin use only. You must bring your own towels. 
  • Day of your departure please put all towels in shower please.

  • Absolutely not pets allowed in the cabins. Due to all the pet damages in the cabins that we have had. Sorry!

    RV CAMPGROUND POLICIES:

    • CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 12:00 or will be a late    charge of 15.00 every 30 mins. Unless it is authorized by management. 

    • RV Sites will be kept cleaned and picked up at all times outside. Pets are allowed. (READ ALL PET RULES BEFORE COMING). Don’t forget your poop bags. Always keep your pet poop picked up and deposit it in the trash. Remember Scoop the Poop!!

    • All trash taken to the dumpster and not let it sit outside your RV. At your departure, SITE must be spotless and like you found it. Make sure everything personal is taken back with you. We don’t mail items back to you. Please check around before driving off.

    • Washing your RV on-site is not allowed due to using copious amounts of water. However, talk to management there is an additional fee for the water use. There is another option using a mobile service, they have to use their own portable water source and tools. They are allowed but Resort needs to be notified before hand and the job has to complete in a timely presentable manner.
